The goal of DCV Smash is to develop athletes and prepare them for success both in competition and in life. We seek dedicated, hardworking, and coachable individuals who are committed to continuous improvement, embrace challenges, and understand the importance of teamwork, respect, and accountability.
As athletes progress through our program from U12 to U18, they are provided with opportunities to develop the physical, technical, tactical, and mental skills necessary to compete at increasingly higher levels of volleyball. Our training environment encourages athletes to push their limits, build confidence, and develop the resilience needed to perform under pressure.
